No Returns or Exchanges
All products sold by Mixma Studio are made to order, specifically tailored to the preferences and specifications of each client. As a result, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any item purchased from our store.
Custom-Made Products
Each product we create is unique and made by skilled artisans based on individual customer requests. The custom nature of our goods means that we cannot resell any returned items, which is why we have adopted this no-return policy. Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it enters the production process immediately. Therefore, we cannot accept order cancellations. We advise all customers to double-check all specifications and details before completing their purchase.
